A Message regarding COVID-19 from A-TEX Roofing & Remodeling

We have been monitoring the Coronavirus carefully and, prior to the increase in cases, we began taking precautions. This includes the use of 70% alcohol-based hand sanitizer, limiting physical contact (ie handshaking), sterilizing vehicles, etc.

As always, we take our role in the community seriously and make every effort to ensure our clients are safe. We are thankful for the opportunity to present an inspection for your roofing work.

To alleviate concerns, we’d like to reassure you with the following.

1.) We will access your roof with our own ladders.

2.) Physical contact with our estimator is not necessary. Of course, we’re happy to wave at you, too. After we assess your roof, we will send a digital proposal and/or inspection report to you electronically.

3.) We are happy to discuss the inspection and inspection via a virtual face-to-face meeting if you’re not comfortable speaking in person.

4.) You’ll hear our estimator walking on the roof. It’s a quick but thorough process and shouldn’t disrupt your work-at-home. If you want your inspection rescheduled, please call our office at (210) 777-7663.

5.) As always, if any one of our estimators is ill, they will be asked to stay home and get well. We ask for your patience and understanding in case an appointment must be rescheduled.
